Our Priorities

Boost 3rd and 8th grade math and reading performance:

 • We will work with district administration to create performance measures.

• We will establish and publish a quarterly performance review of student academic progress toward these goals.

Tie every dollar to learning:

  • We will work with district administration to determine the cost to operate each school and program in the district.

• We will fund only high-value programs and projects.

Transparency:

• We will require district administration to provide timely, concise academic and financial information to community members.

• We will provide all stakeholders summaries of the programs, the programs' costs and supporting revenue in clear, unambiguous terms.

Let our teachers teach:

• We will work with district administration to identify and remove obstacles that impede our classroom teachers.

• We will identify and fund the investments in the classroom needed to meet our academic performance goals.
